Russia hired migrants outside the EU to commit crimes, spread fear and undermine government confidence, said the Czech Information Service (BIS) in its annual report for 2024, according to POLITICO. An information coming on tape, because the British daily The Guardian reports, in a broad report, how Russia pays Ukrainian youth to become, without knowing, a syndicated attacker in Ukraine.
Russian secret services planned an attack on the Czech ammunition initiative, the website Odkryto found out. The action was uncovered by the military secret service. The attack was allegedly carried out by a man from the former Soviet Union. He was arrested a few days ago and is in custody.
Czech intelligence has published a security assessment for 2024. Much of it concerns actions taken by Russia and China against our southwestern neighbors. Information provided by the Information Security Service (BIS) indicates that Russia has been actively recruiting individuals to commit acts of sabotage in the Czech Republic.
In many cases, agents do not know that they work in the Russian Federation, because they are hired through intermediaries.
