Former Deputy Defense Minister Ruslan Tsalikov, a close associate of Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu, was arrested on several corruption-related charges, investigators said Thursday.
The security forces held him on Ruslan Tsalikov, former prime minister of defence, named Sergei Čoig's "General Service of Public Relations" at the time when he was chief of the Ministry of Defence.
