RSPCA Cymru has launched an appeal for information to find the owner of a thin and injured horse found in Risca. The cob type horse was removed from land off Dan-y-Griag Road on Monday 16 March after being found in a poor condition. Now, RSPCA officers are keen to find out more about her.
