Royal Oak Planning Commission to hold hearing on Sheetz proposal
The Royal Oak Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, on a request from Sheetz to redevelop a former manufacturing site into a gas station, convenience store, cafe and car wash.
