ROSEBURG AREA MAN JAILED FOR SECOND-DEGREE DISORDERLY CONDUCT
May 14, 2025 10:50 a.m. A Roseburg area man was jailed for second-degree disorderly conduct on Tuesday evening. A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 6:50 p.m. the 31-year-old was called in for chasing a victim and screaming at a trailer park in the 200 block of Emils Way in Green.
