Rome Woman Jailed After Imprisioning, Attacking Younger Woman
Wendy Anissa Smith, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she imprisoned a 25 year-old woman inside a bedroom before attacking her. Reports said that Smith punched the victim in the face and chased her into a nearby bathroom. The incident occurred at a home on Elizabeth Street.
