Rome Man Nearly Causes Wreck while Driving High on Drugs, Lies to Police
Jaquin Caleia Barton, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly lied to police during a traffic stop in which he was found to have been driving high on drugs. Police said that after stopping Barton on Wayside Road for nearly causing a wreck, he lied about his identity. Officers also noticed a strong marijuana odor coming from his vehicle, along with his eyes being bloodshot. Source
