ROD plots have become a luxury. Several cities beat Warsaw in price

Family Allotment Gardens (FGD) are becoming an increasingly desirable commodity. Over the past three years, the average price of a single plot has increased by nearly 30 percent, and over the past year by 6 percent. In March 2023, the median was already almost PLN 40,000 — according to data from the Otodom and OLX platforms. Kraków and Poznań topped the list of the most expensive cities, where plot prices exceed PLN 70,000.
