Robeson County judge's order shuts down nuisance property in Red Springs

ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) -- Robeson County authorities hope a judge's nuisance abatement order will end "continuous criminal violations, drug offenses, homicides, and community complaints" at a property in Red Springs.
