Sonic Temple organizers announce changes for May 9 after traffic, parking snarls

After Interstate 71 crawled to a standstill on May 8, the Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival is making some changes for the second day.

The Ville-Marie and Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnels will be completely closed for a large part of the weekend due to major works.
