River Falls Council partially forgives Our Neighbors’ Place loan
The River Falls City Council partially forgave the 2021 land purchase loan for Our Neighbors' Place (ONP) at its Dec. 9 meeting. The council approved a reduction of $150,000 on the loan, which means the non-profit now owes approximately $91,000. This forgiveness will come from the city’s housing reserve fund.
