HURRICANE, W.Va. -- Down seven points after one period, Spring Valley outscored Hurricane 21-13 in the second frame and extended the lead at each subsequent quarter stop to win 66-54 in Mountain State Athletic Conference play Friday night. Harrison Riggs poured in 26 points and Gavin Perdue netted 15 for the Timberwolves (7-4, 3-3 MSAC).
