WEST SPRINGFIELD — A Springfield man wanted on multiple warrants was arrested after stepping out of a rideshare vehicle in West Springfield, where police say he was carrying nearly 16 grams of methamphetamine.Rafael Urena-Mendez, 32, was wanted on five warrants issued by Springfield District Court and also was wanted for extradition by the Broward Sheriff’s Office in Florida, West Springfield police said in a statement.
