The US military launched new strikes against Iran on Tuesday, September 1st, targeting sites belonging to the Revolutionary Guard. Several explosions were heard in the south of the country, particularly near the Strait of Hormuz, before Washington and Tehran exchanged renewed threats of retaliation.
