NINNEKAH, Okla. (KFOR)— A retired Oklahoma man who spent 31 years working for the Federal Aviation Administration says he had trouble getting a federal agency to help him restore some of his canceled insurance benefits until News 4 stepped in. Rob Helms told News 4 he worked as a programmer, systems analyst, and eventually a manager at the Mike Moroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City. Helms retired in 2018 and currently lives in Ninnekah. …
