Baghdad airport reopens after weather disruption
Baghdad International Airport reopened Thursday after a 12-hour halt due to bad weather, the transport ministry said. On Thursday, the management of Baghdad International Airport decided to resume air traffic at the airport after the improved visibility and the haze that had been created since yesterday evening in the sky of the Iraqi capital had faded. An informed source of the Shafaq News Agency said that the Administration had decided to resume flights to and from the airport after the reasons for their suspension had disappeared.
