Rest stop along I-80 in Pa. closed for upgrades

CLEARFIELD, Pa. (WKBN) - A rest stop along Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania is closed for maintenance work and upgrades. PennDOT announced Friday that the rest areas at mile marker 194 along I-80 eastbound and westbound in Clinton County are closed so that work can be done on the water and sewage treatment facilities.
