Residents share concerns with traffic, noise at Sickman's Mill as owner seeks permits to continue business

A handful of Conestoga Township residents said Sickman’s Mill does not fit the community’s character Wednesday night during a township zoning meeting, where the attraction’s owner, Joe Devoy, continued the process of obtaining permits to continue operating his tubing business.
