RESIDENT DEATH AT SOUTH CENTRAL CORRECTIONAL CENTER
At 12:57 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026, resident Jerry Rau, DOC No. 302674, was pronounced dead at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri. Rau was a 55-year-old resident serving consecutive life sentences for two counts of first degree statutory sodomy from St. Francois County.
