Rescue at Loveland Pass, a hit-and-run, camera tampering and more in Summit County sheriff’s log

Last week, the Summit County Sheriff’s Office responded to calls including a Ring camera dispute, a rescue at Loveland Pass and a mysterious encounter in the county commons building.
