Rescue a Drunk Tourist Dragged by the Current in Puerto De La Cruz

A drunk German tourist had to be rescued in Puerto de la Cruz after being dragged by the stream in the Espadarte puddle, in the San Telmo area. The rescuers managed to get him out of the water without needing healthcare.
