WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) announced that thirteen students from Texas's 11th Congressional District have received appointments to a U.S. Service Academy following his nomination. To recognize their achievement, Congressman Pfluger hosted a Service Academy Appointee Meet-and-Greet in San Angelo, where he personally congratulated each appointee and presented each with a Congressional Certificate.
