Officials identify human remains found in Albia fire

ALBIA, Iowa -- Officials have released the name of a woman whose remains were found in the debris of a historic Albia building destroyed by fire in July. The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said on Thursday it had been notified by the Iowa State Medical Examiner's Office that the remains were those of Kelly Rea Cummings, 61.
