Religion will enter schools at the earliest in the 2026/27 school year - Mediapool.bg

The new subject of virtues and religions, which has attracted public attention in the past few months, could be introduced in first grade at the earliest in the 2026/2027 school year, Education Minister Krasimir Valchev told BTA in Pazardzhik. He repeated his words from the recent debate on the introduction of the subject in schools and emphasized that this would be a completely secular education.
