Red Deer Flyathon combines running with fishing

Red Deer will get its first look at a Flyathon next month. The Sept. 12 fundraiser that starts at Capstone’s Canada 150 Square and ends at Troubled Monk Brewery combines trail running, fishing and craft beer. Freshwater Conservation Canada is behind the event designed to raise money for freshwater ecosystem projects.
