Red Bluff Council selects Gonzales for mayor, Clement for mayor pro tem

At the Tuesday meeting of the Red Bluff City Council, an early agenda item for the selection of the city’s 2026 mayor and mayor pro tem caused some shuffling of seats and name placards, as J.R.
