Recidivist Driver Fine of $1761 at 190 Km/h on the A-440

On Thursday, May 22, at about 1:50 a.m., the police officers of the Laval highway station intercepted a vehicle travelling in a high speed on Highway 440 in an easterly direction at the height of km 19, on Jesus Island. The driver was captured by patrollers of the Sûreté du Québec while he was travelling at a speed of 190 km/h in an area of 100 km/h.
