Recall petitions were turned in for three Woodland Park City Council members on Tuesday, April 29. Petitions were received for Carrol Harvey, Steve Smith and Jeffrey Geer. City Clerk Suzanne Leclercq, with the assistance of four election judges, has begun the process of verifying the signatures.
