Prices for condominiums in Germany fell slightly at the end of last year.
At the end of 2025, prices for single-family homes rose only minimally. Prices for condominiums even fell slightly – as in Berlin, for example.
Condominiums and houses again cost more in 2025 than in the previous year – but the price increase has weakened. According to an index based on real sales data, it was below the inflation rate.
According to preliminary figures of the expert committee in Hamburg's premium residential areas, more high-priced condominiums as well as single and two-family houses were sold last year – with stagnant or falling sales. The most expensive apartment was sold for 37,000 euros/sqm in the district of Rotherbaum.
Condominiums cost less than in the previous quarter, single-family houses only minimally more. However, prices continue to rise compared to the previous year.
Prices for condominiums in Bonn continue to rise - by five and a half percent in a year. The portal immowelt has again examined its offers, it was about typical three-room apartments with 75 square meters.
