AMD RDNA 5 GPUs Launching in 2027; Fabbed on TSMC N3P Process

AMD’s next-gen RDNA 5 (not UDNA) graphics cards are not expected to launch for another 18 months or so, according to the latest rumors. According to @KeplerL2, the next generation of Radeon GPUs has already been taped out and will be fabbed on TSMC’s N3P process node. Unfortunately, the RDNA 5 lineup won’t be launching anytime before mid-2027. TSMC’s N3P node has been in mass production for about a year and ought to be fairly mature by H2 2027. …
