Santo Domingo. – Kenya and the Dominican Republic signed an agreement this Monday in support of Kenyan police members of the Multinational Security Support Mission (MSS) in Haiti, led by the African nation, in the midst of the serious crisis affecting that impoverished Caribbean country at all levels.
