CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Cheyenne man is facing felony drug charges after police reportedly found nearly 19 grams of suspected cocaine and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop and warrant arrest early Nov. 2. Patrick Lynn Mohler, 31, was charged with possession of a cocaine-/heroin-type drug and possession of an open container.
