Rapid City woman arrested for arson

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO)-A Rapid City woman is behind bars, accused of starting a fire in the central part of the city. 54-year-old Amy Couture was arrested for second degree Arson. Rapid City Police say it happened on Saint Charles Street around 4:30 Monday afternoon. The Rapid City Fire Department shared this video of firefighters arriving on scene.
