A crowd of more than 100 masked people attacked marked police cars with fireworks in Randolph on Sunday, according to the city’s police department. Police responded to reports of a large-scale vehicle takeover at the intersection of Oak Street and North Main Street in Randolph at around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning, Randolph police said in a release.
