France's Minister of Culture Rachida Dati is regarded as one of the most dazzling figures in Paris' politics. She is accused of corruption in several cases and could soon face a trial.
In its final petition, the PNF called for the Minister of Culture to be judged for corruption and influence trafficking, alongside Renault-Nissan's former boss Carlos Ghosn.
Despite the request made by Rachida Dati, seeking the annulment of the final petition of the National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF), the Paris Court of Appeal has just rejected her. Her lawyer could appeal in cassation.
