Rabbit plague spreads: disease is transferable to humans
In the vicinity of Wellenstein a dead rabbit was found a few days ago along a country road. It was taken to the veterinary and food laboratory (LVA) on Monday, because on April 3 a rabbit was detected in the young lens of the pathogen of tularemia. Two days later, the authorities had the positive test result of the second rabbit, as the Ministry of Agriculture announced on Wednesday.
