Quang Nam spent VND315 billion to build a martyr's grave to be buried outside a martyr's cemetery

The Government of Quang Nam Province approved the expenditure of VND315 billion to support the construction of the Martyr's Tomb and the Tomb of the Mother of Vietnam Heroes buried outside the martyrs cemetery.
