Qiliho withdraws bail application

Former commissioner of police Sitiveni Qiliho’s hearing on his bail application, pending appeal has been withdrawn. Qiliho’s lawyer Devanesh Sharma sought for the withdrawal this morning before Justice Chandana Prematilaka at the Court of Appeal.
