Zschäpe's confidante Susann E. supported the right-wing extremist terrorist trio NSU, according to the Higher Regional Court in Dresden. She received a two-year suspended sentence.
The NSU supporter Susann E. receives two years in prison on probation. The Dresdner Oberlandesgericht, however, remained clearly behind the demand of the Federal Prosecutor's Office with the sentence.
In the trial against Susann E., the sentence is pronounced. Because she helped NSU terrorist Beate Zschäpe with her ID card and her health insurance card, she was sentenced.
The Oberlandesgericht Dresden accuses Susann E. of supporting a terrorist association and of aiding to a serious predatory blackmail with weapons. According to the charges, Beate Zschäpe, who was convicted as an NSU co-operator, had repeatedly borrowed her identity.
She lent her identity to the convicted right-wing terrorist Beate Zschäpe. Now Susann E. has been sentenced. However, she does not have to go to prison, despite a demand from the Federal Prosecutor's Office.
