A serious indictment has been filed against Shifra Rachel Cohen, daughter of Chen Sisai, and Limor Sisai, who are accused of attacking toddlers aged from infancy to three. Among other things, Cohen approached a one-year-old baby and hit her in the head. Limor, for her part, approached a two-year-old toddler during a lunch break - and slammed her from a height onto the mattress.
An indictment was filed against Shifra Rachel Cohen, daughter of Chen Sisai and Limor Sisai, caregivers at the "Mini Bambini" kindergarten in Petah Tikva. The indictment states: "The defendant grabbed the toddler's hand tightly, turned her around and pushed her away." The toddlers who were attacked were between the ages of one and three. "The defendants attacked helpless minors while they were responsible for them."
