Puig’s acquisition of Corporación Químico-Farmacéutica Esteve’s 50% stake in skin care brand ISDN marks an expansion of its presence in dermocosmetics – a strategic priority for the Spanish beauty conglomerate
The transaction, financed by equity and bank debt, is divided into two tranches. The first, worth EUR 900 million, will be paid in the first quarter of 2027, at the close of the business. The remaining 300 million will be paid in the first quarter of 2029.
