It has passed everything in these three absurd months, because of its endless extension, in which the transfer of command takes place in Chile. The lapse of time is ridiculously long and, I suppose, it will be one of the first reforms that should be adopted unanimously in Congress.
During his first speech, Kast said that the country's 'real adversaries' are not those who think differently, but crime, drug trafficking and irregular migration.
