A Prospect Park man accused of torching his roommate’s car after a fight in July has been held over for court on all charges. Edward Cummings, 65, is charged with arson, dangerous burning, risking a catastrophe, possessing explosive or incendiary material, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and multiple counts of simple assault for the July 11 early morning blaze on the 600 block of 8th Avenue.
