The Public Prosecutor's Office of the National High Court has instructed the Central Operational Unit of the Civil Guard (UCO) to analyze the content of the 'pendrive' that the former PSOE member Leire Díez handed over last June to the former PSOE Secretary of Organization Santos Cerdán and that the party referred to the Attorney General's Office.
The Office of the Public Prosecutor of the National High Court has already received the pendrive that Leire Díez would have handed over, according to his own words, to Santos Cerdán at the headquarters of the PSOE and from there he was handed over to the Office of the Attorney General of the State (FGE), which in turn sent him to the National High Court.
