The Court of Guarantee of San Felipe today decreed – Tuesday, March 24th – the precautionary measure of pretrial detention of A.A.A.G., accused as the perpetrator of the crimes of storage of child pornographic material, carrying and possession of ammunition and repeated rape. He was ordered to enter the Prison Enforcement Center of Los Andes and the investigation period was set at 150 days.
The procedure was completed in the last few hours, following various investigative proceedings that allowed for the collection of sufficient records to carry out the arrest.
