Prosecutors move to drop charge against California labor leader arrested during immigration protest
Prosecutors said Huerta has complied with bond terms for more than a year and expect the case to be dismissed by the end of next month.

- Under the agreement, the Justice Department expects full dismissal by next month if Huerta remains compliant with bond terms. "The Department of Justice does not arrest people for peacefully protesting," the office said.
