- The bloodstain analyst testified that much of Christine Banfield's blood on Joseph Ryan was transfer stains smeared on his hands and pants, while blood from Brendan Banfield's gunshot flowed in multiple directions, and Banfield's right shoe had two circular stains unlikely to be transfers.
- Court will return Wednesday at 10 a.m. with the defense set to begin its case, and child endangerment charges will proceed since the Banfields' 4-year-old daughter was home.
- In an elaborate scheme prosecutors say the pair practiced and scouted cameras, posed on FetLife to catfish a man, set Feb. 24, 2023 as the date, and aimed to avoid divorce for their 4-year-old daughter.
