COTABATO CITY— Eleven Islamic institutions, comprising madaris and markadz in Maguindanao del Norte, received assistance from the Office of the Chief Minister’s Project Tulong Alay sa Bangsamoro nang Nangangailangan (TABANG). Under the project’s subprogram, Humanitarian for Orphanages, Markadz, Elderlies and Persons with Special Needs (HOMES), the assistance aims to help the institutions meet basic needs
