Program honors Juneteenth history
Former mayor Jack Calvert outlines the history of the Lampasas Colored School, where the legacy of Juneteenth was honored on Friday during a lunch program and presentation. Participants were able to tour the school building and view displays to learn more about the students who attended and their families in Lampasas.
