Prince Harry's UK Tour Wraps up with Goat Yoga Session
Harry joined children and charity supporters for goat yoga and water bombs as he closed a week of UK charity events.
On Saturday, Prince Harry participated in goat yoga and an inflatable obstacle course at the Scotty's Little Soldiers summer festival in Warwickshire, marking his final public appearance during a week-long UK visit.
The festival concluded his UK visit promoting the Invictus Games, which began with a private family reunion with the King and Queen at Highgrove on Friday, less than 24 hours before the event.
During a Q&A with bereaved military children, Harry advised that "exercise is universally good for helping with grief, stress, loss," and emphasized talking: "Guys, if you're feeling it, share it."
Reflecting on anniversaries of his late mother, Princess Diana, Harry revealed he and his family bake lemon drizzle cake, calling traditions "really, really important, especially when they're sweet."
The Duke of Sussex completed his UK visit alone after a security dispute prevented his family from traveling, now returning to California where he resides with his wife and children.
Prince Harry spent the last date of his trip to Britain unusually: at the summer festival of "Scotty's Little Soldiers", the Duke participated in a goat yoga hour and fought a water battle.
